The Regent University Student Housing Office provides
the student community with a safe and clean environment that will
glorify God. The community is a place where students and their
immediate families can live while continuing their education. It
is a place where life-long friendships are forged while the student
develops into a Christian leader who is equipped to change the
world.
Regent Village
Regent Village offers two- and three-bedroom apartments. Phase
I consists of 112 two-bedroom, one-bath apartments. Phase II includes
56 two-bedroom, two-bath apartments (all upstairs); and 56 three-bedroom, two-bath apartments (all ground-level).
Regent Commons
Regent Commons offers apartments available to single students
and married couples without children. The two four-story elevated
buildings are comprised of 206 fully furnished apartments. The floor
plans include studio, one-bedroom, and four-bedroom suites. Regent
Commons is conveniently located on campus and easily accessible to
all campus facilities. Shuttle service is available.
